Recording for Gus G. (ex Ozzy Osbourne)

A couple of months ago, I started recording the drums on the new solo album of one of metal’s reigning guitar virtuosos who is best known as the guitarist of Ozzy Osbourne, Gus G.

This is probably one of the most intense albums I’ve recorded too. Gus’ playing is not only musical but also technical and quite heavy, which is to be expected from someone who toured with Ozzy for many years, was named “Best Shredder” at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods and “Top 20 Best Guitarists Ever” by Total Rock. 

This album also features Dennis Ward of Magnum on bass.
